I’m Ricky Bartlett — a long-time Kāpiti Coast local who’s been helping people buy and sell homes for more than 18 years. Real estate is more than just my job; it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I love getting to know people, understanding what matters most to them, and making the process of selling their home as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Before real estate, I spent years in sales and even played professional cricket for Somerset County Cricket Club in England. Sport taught me discipline, focus, and the importance of teamwork — qualities I bring to every sale. In 2006, I took on a slightly different challenge: travelling New Zealand in a campervan to play all 422 golf courses in 362 days, raising money for charity along the way!
